Getting started
Which platforms can I connect?
Instagram, YouTube, X and LinkedIn. Threads and Facebook Pages are in live testing.
Why does Instagram need a professional account?
Instagram only lets apps publish to Business and Creator accounts. Switching is free, in Instagram’s settings.
Is there a free plan?
Every account starts with 14 days of Pro, no card. After that, Free covers 10 posts a month on three channels.
Posting
Why was my post stopped before I could schedule it?
The composer checks the rules each platform checks, like X’s 280 characters or Instagram needing a photo or video. It says which rule, and how to fix it.
My post failed. What now?
Open it. It shows each platform’s reason in plain words. Fix what it asks for and press Retry; only the platforms that failed are tried again.
What does “Not sure it went out” mean?
We sent it but never heard back, so we can’t tell whether it posted. Look on the platform and tell us. We never guess, so nothing posts twice.
How do I know a post is live?
Its Live link appears once the platform confirms it, and we let you know.

How do I cancel?
In Billing. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of a first subscription. The refund policy has the details.
Will my price go up?
Not on your subscription. The price you start on is yours to keep for as long as it continues.
Your account and data
I forgot my password.
Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in page, or sign in with an email code or Google instead.
How do I get a copy of my data?
Settings, then Download my data. You get one file with your profile, posts, library and activity.
How do I delete my account?
Settings, then Delete my account. The data deletion page explains what goes, and what stops it.
Are my connected accounts safe?
The keys to them are encrypted before they’re stored and never sent back to your browser. The security page lists every protection.
