Questions
Can a post go out twice?
No. Each post goes to each platform once. If we can’t tell whether one landed, we ask you to check instead of sending it again.
What happens when a platform refuses a post?
It shows as failed, with the platform’s own reason in plain words, and we email you. Fix what it asks for and press Retry. Platforms where it already went live aren’t touched.
Can I move a post that already went out?
No. A live post stays on the day it went out. Drafts, scheduled and queued posts move freely.
