Your data
Delete your account and data.
You can delete everything yourself, at once, from Settings. Or ask us and we’ll do it.
Delete it yourself
Download a copy first
Settings, then Download my data. One file with your profile, posts, library and activity. It’s optional.
Delete my account
Settings, then Delete my account. Type your email address, and enter the code we send you.
It happens at once
Every platform connection is revoked, your files are deleted from storage, then your account and everything in it.
What goes, and what can stop it
- Removed: your posts, drafts, schedule, media library, connected platforms, posting times, API keys and connected apps.
- It stops, and says why, while other people are still in your workspace (remove them in Team first) or while you have a paid plan (cancel it in Billing first).
- A short rolling database backup can hold a deleted row for a brief time before it ages out. The privacy policy has the details.
Disconnect one platform
- In Channels, choose Disconnect. We delete our copy of that platform’s key; your posts and files stay.
- You can also remove Dripost from the platform’s own settings: Google account permissions, Instagram or Facebook’s apps and websites, X’s connected apps, or LinkedIn’s permitted services.
- If you remove Dripost on Instagram, Facebook or Threads, Meta tells us, and we delete what we hold from that account. You get a confirmation code and a page to check its status.
Ask us instead
Email privacy@dripost.com from the address on your account, and we’ll delete it for you. We act on a verified request within 30 days.
