Fill the topic column first
Decide what each post is about before you write any of them.

It starts as 'Idea'. Move each row to Drafted, Scheduled and Published as it goes.

The download is a plain CSV, so it opens anywhere a spreadsheet does.
Google Sheets
In Google Sheets choose File, then Import, and upload the file. It becomes a Google Sheets copy you can share with a team, and the social media template for a calendar of content keeps its columns.
