Approvals

A social media approval tool your client uses from a link.

Dripost is a social media approval tool for people who post for clients. Send a review link: your client sees each post exactly as it will appear, then approves it or sends it back with a note. Approved posts schedule themselves.

Just now

Built for people who post for clients.

  • Send clients a review link. They approve without an account, and approved posts schedule themselves.
  • Approvers are free. Five roles: owner, admin, editor, approver, viewer.
  • Monthly client reports with your logo, as a PDF.
  1. You send it
  2. They approve
  3. It goes live
  4. Your report

You send a review link; the client approves on their phone or sends it back with a note; it schedules and goes live; the month’s report follows.

How an approval tool for social media works

  • Exactly as it will look

The review page shows each post the way its platform will.

  • Send back with a note

Your client asks for a change in plain words. You see the note on the post, fix it and send it again.

  • Approved means scheduled

An approved post goes on the calendar by itself. With approvals on, nothing unapproved can go out.

  • Approvers are free

People who only approve never take a paid seat.

  • Five roles

Owner, admin, editor, approver and viewer, checked on the server for every change.

  • A space for each client

Each client’s channels, calendar, review links and report, kept apart.

  • Client review link: get posts approved with no login

The fastest way to get a client’s yes is a link they can open on a phone with no account. They see the post, they decide, and you hear back. Approval is a rule set per client. With it on, posts by people who are not trusted wait until someone approves them, so nothing reaches the platform before the client has said yes.

  • Social media approval workflow: steps, roles and a template

A good approval workflow is short, and everyone knows their step. Draft, check, approve, schedule and confirm: five stages, each with one owner. One person writes the post and attaches the media. The draft is not scheduled yet, and nobody outside the team has seen it. Keep the brief, the client and the target accounts with the draft so the checker has context.

Questions

Does my client need an account?

No. They open the link on any phone or laptop and approve, or send it back with a note.

How long does a review link work?

Seven days, and you can revoke it sooner. It shows only the posts you put in it.

Which plan has review links?

Pro. It covers up to five clients, and more at a small price each.

Post it once. See it go live.

Every account starts with 14 days of Pro. No card.
