How to import posts from CSV: bulk schedule from a spreadsheet
If your plan lives in a spreadsheet, you can import it as a CSV file instead of re-typing every post. Dripost reads up to 500 rows at a time. One row per post: the caption, the date and time, the media and the channel it is for. Keep the first row as column names. Dripost reads the file by column name, so clear headings matter more than their order.
What to do when a post fails
A post can fail in two different ways, and Dripost handles them differently on purpose. We email you, and the post shows as failed on its day in the calendar. Open it to see each platform: which went live, with its link, and which failed, with the reason.

Type it the way you’d say it, and add your photo or video.
Check each platform
Open each tab. Change what you like; anything a platform would refuse is flagged with the fix.
Schedule or queue
Pick a time, or add it to your queue. It lands on your calendar.
Questions
Does Dripost change my video?
No. It goes to each platform exactly as you uploaded it: no re-encoding, no cropping.
Do I have to use AI?
No. AI rewrite is off unless you switch it on, it only reworks what you wrote, and you read every version before it goes.
Why was my post stopped before I could schedule it?
The composer checks the rules the platform checks, like X’s 280 characters or Instagram needing a photo or video. It says which rule, and how to fix it.
