How to switch Facebook accounts, profiles and Pages

You can switch Facebook accounts without logging out. You change between your profile and any Page you manage from the menu under your photo, as long as you have access to that Page.

1. Click your profile photo to switch Facebook accounts

Log in to Facebook on a computer and click your profile photo in the top right corner. This opens the menu where profiles and Pages are listed.

2. Choose See all profiles

Meta’s help page says to click “See all profiles”, then select the Page you want to switch into. You are now acting as the Page, and your activity there stays separate from your personal profile.

3. Switch back the same way

To return, click the Page’s photo at the top right, click “See all profiles”, and choose the profile you want. Nothing is lost by switching.

4. If a Page is not on the list

Meta’s steps apply to Pages you have access to. If one is missing from the list, ask an existing admin of the Page about your access.

Meta’s help page describes the switch for Pages you have access to.

5. When you look after many Pages

Switching one Page at a time works for two or three. Past that, you spend the day clicking between Pages, and it is easy to post to the wrong one.

In Dripost you connect each Facebook Page once, group it under a client, and post from the client switcher. A post goes only through its own client’s accounts.

Facebook posts are re-checked after publishing, and you see the link to each live post. Teammates post through Dripost without being given your Facebook password.
