How to Find Drafts on Facebook: Page, Profile and Business Suite

Not sure how to find drafts on Facebook? A Facebook draft is saved where you wrote it: in the app, or in Meta Business Suite. This guide shows where to look, and how to keep drafts in one place you can always reach.

Where to find drafts on Facebook

Look where you wrote the post. A draft saved in the Facebook app is in that app, under the account that wrote it, and a Page draft saved in Meta Business Suite is under Content there. Facebook moves these menus often, so search its Help Center for “drafts” if you do not see the option.

If a draft seems missing, it is usually in the other place, or you are signed in as a different account or Page.

Facebook draft post in Dripost

A Facebook draft post in Dripost is saved with the Page chosen and any photo or video, so it does not depend on one device. The steps are below.

1. Write what you know

Open the composer, tick Facebook and write the post. You can leave a gap for the price or date and fill it in later. The Page doesn’t even have to be connected yet to start writing.

Facebook Pages in Dripost are in live testing now: built and posting for real, open to tester accounts, and open to everyone once that test is done.

2. Save as a draft

Pick Draft at the bottom and press Save draft. It lands in Posts, under Drafts, with its Facebook text, any photo or video, and the Post or Reel choice kept.

3. Hand it to a colleague

Drafts belong to the workspace, not to one browser. Anyone on the team with permission to write can open it, add the photo from the Library, and save it again.

4. Reuse the same draft for other platforms

Tick Instagram or LinkedIn in the same draft and each gets its own tab, seeded with the Facebook text. Edit each one for its audience before you schedule.

5. Schedule when the details land

Open the draft, press Edit, fill the gap, then switch from Draft to Schedule and pick a time, or press Add to queue to take the next weekly posting time.

6. Send a scheduled post back

If a scheduled Page post needs to wait after all, open it and use More, then Move to drafts. It keeps everything but its time.

    Questions

Are Dripost drafts saved in Meta Business Suite?

No. They stay in Dripost until they are published to the Page.

What if I close the composer without saving?

The work stays on that device, and the next New asks whether to resume it. Save it as a draft to reach it from elsewhere.

    Can I delete a draft?

Yes: open it, choose More, then Delete draft, and confirm once.

How do I find my drafts on Facebook?

Open the place you wrote them: the Facebook app for a personal post, or Meta Business Suite for a Page. If you wrote it in Dripost, open Posts, then Drafts.

How to find draft posts on Facebook for a Page?

In Meta Business Suite, open Content and look for drafts or unpublished posts. If you used a scheduler, check there, since Facebook does not see another tool's drafts.

How to access drafts on Facebook from a computer?

Use facebook.com or Business Suite on the computer and sign in to the same account. Drafts saved only in the phone app may not appear on the computer.

    Where are Facebook drafts saved?

In the app or tool you used to write them. Facebook does not share drafts between Business Suite, the app and outside tools.

How to find saved drafts on Facebook?

Start a new post in the same place you saved it and look for the Drafts link. If it is not there, check the other account or tool you use.
