Instagram line break generator.
Instagram often drops the empty lines between your paragraphs. This generator adds line breaks for Instagram: it takes your caption and copies a version with an invisible character on each blank line, so the spacing stays.
Spacing that survives
Why the lines vanish
Instagram tends to remove empty lines and trailing spaces when a caption is posted, which squashes your paragraphs together.
What this tool does
It puts an invisible character on each blank line and trims trailing spaces, so each blank line is no longer empty.
Keep it readable
Short paragraphs with a blank line between read well; the caption folds behind “more” after about 125 characters.
A line break in an Instagram caption, step by step
Paste, copy, paste
Paste your caption into the box, copy the result and paste it into Instagram. Each blank line now holds an invisible character, so Instagram keeps it.
Caption generator line breaks
If you write captions with the caption generator, run the result through here last. Dripost's composer sends your caption exactly as you wrote it, so the spacing you set there stays.
Questions
Does it change my words?
No. Only blank lines and trailing spaces change.
Does my text leave my browser?
No. It runs on your device.
Does Dripost keep line breaks when it posts?
Dripost sends your caption exactly as you wrote it.
Is this a line break caption generator for Instagram?
Yes. Paste your caption with its blank lines, copy the result, and the spacing stays when you post it.
Why does Instagram remove my blank lines?
Instagram strips lines that hold nothing. Once a blank line carries a hidden character, it is not empty any more, so Instagram leaves it in place.
Where does the caption fold?
After about 125 characters in the feed. Short paragraphs with a blank line between them read well on both sides of the fold.
