Guide
How to upload a video to Facebook (Page, Reel or scheduled)
Here is how to upload a video to Facebook with Dripost. To put a video on a Facebook Page, you pick the file, choose how it should appear, and either post now or set a time. Here is the route using Dripost.
1. Connect your Facebook Page
Videos go to a Facebook Page, not a personal profile. Connect the Page once under Channels and it stays available for every post.
2. Add the video
Drop the file into the composer. It goes straight from your browser to storage, and a video can be up to 10 GB in your library.
Facebook’s own limits still apply when it posts, so check them against the clip.
3. Choose Reel or Page video
A vertical video of 3 to 90 seconds is suggested as a Reel. Anything else is suggested as a Page video. Change it if you disagree.
4. Check the preview
The preview shows how Facebook will receive it. If Facebook would refuse the post, you are told why while you can still fix it.
5. Schedule it
Pick a day and time, or post now. The file is sent as you uploaded it, never re-encoded and with no watermark.
If Facebook refuses the post later, you get an email with Facebook’s own reason and a Retry button.
